On this website I found imformation about minorities in the great depression and it talks about the unemployment rate was 50 percent, and how for the minorities the great depression wasn't very different from the 1920's because they still suffered the same because of there race. In the 1930's discrimination spread even further because on jobs when people were layed off they were always the first to go and also were denied to get into a work programs to make some little money.
